• Process and record invoices and related transactions.

• Calculate and post monthly loan interest and depreciation.

• Reconcile interest on asset transfers and intercompany GL accounts.

• Prepare and post required journal entries.

• Account for leasehold interest and related adjustments.

• Monitor and reconcile post-dated cheques (PDCs).

• Monitor bank balances and manage cash flow.

• Perform monthly bank reconciliations.

• Prepare and issue invoices based on agreements and completed jobs.

• Process shared-cost and intercompany invoicing.

• Prepare cash flow forecasts and reports.

• Monitor and reconcile inventory records.

• Perform monthly financial closing and prepare MIS reports.

• Support the preparation of external audit schedules.

• Prepare ad hoc reports and provide VAT-related support.

Requirement

• Accounting experience, preferably in the Facility Management industry.

• Experience in accounting and month-end closing.

• Strong knowledge of Excel and Oracle EBS ERP/accounting systems.

• Good analytical, reconciliation, and problem-solving skills.

• High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
