## Description

HIRING: SENIOR PROPERTY MANAGER – JEDDAH

We are looking for an experienced Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations, maintenance, tenant relations, and overall performance of residential and/or commercial properties.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily property operations and facilities

• Supervise maintenance, repairs, cleaning, security, and service providers

• Handle tenant/occupant relations, complaints, and service requests

• Monitor rental agreements, renewals, collections, and occupancy

• Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities

• Manage vendors, contractors, and maintenance teams

• Monitor property expenses, budgets, and operational costs

• Conduct regular property inspections and ensure compliance with company standards

• Prepare management reports on occupancy, maintenance, collections, expenses, and property performance

• Coordinate with Finance, Legal, Facilities, and other relevant departments

Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience in Property Management / Real Estate / Facilities Management

• Experience managing residential, commercial, or mixed-use properties

• Strong knowledge of property operations, maintenance, tenant management, and vendor coordination

• Good communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
