## Description

Event Planner | مخطط فعاليات

الخبرة المطلوبة: 2–4 سنوات في تخطيط وتنظيم الفعاليات، ويفضل في الفعاليات الكبرى والمشاريع الترفيهية.

Required experience: 2–4 years in event planning and management, preferably in large-scale events and entertainment projects.

• إعداد الخطة العامة للفعالية ومراحلها والجداول الزمنية.

Develop the overall event plan, phases, and timelines.

• تخطيط تجربة الزائر ورحلة الزوار داخل الفعالية.

Plan the visitor experience and journey throughout the event.

• تخطيط المناطق والتفعيلات والأنشطة وتوزيعها داخل الموقع.

Plan event zones, activations, activities, and their distribution across the venue.

• إعداد وإدارة البرنامج اليومي وجدولة التفعيلات والعروض والأنشطة.

Develop and manage the daily event program, activations, shows, and activities.

• إعداد ومتابعة الـ Event Calendar والـ Run of Show.

Prepare and maintain the Event Calendar and Run of Show.

• تطوير أفكار وتجارب وتفعيلات تتناسب مع هوية ومفهوم الفعالية.

Develop concepts, experiences, and activations aligned with the event identity.

• التنسيق مع الفنانين ومقدمي العروض والترفيه والتجارب المشاركة.

Coordinate with performers, entertainment providers, and participating experiences.

• تحديد احتياجات ومتطلبات كل منطقة وتفعيل بالتنسيق مع الفرق المعنية.

Define the requirements of each zone and activation in coordination with relevant teams.
