## Description

Sales Manager | مدير مبيعات

الخبرة المطلوبة: 3 سنوات فأكثر في المبيعات وتطوير الأعمال، ويفضل في قطاع الفعاليات والرعايات.

Required experience: 3+ years in Sales and Business Development, preferably within the events and sponsorship industry.

• إعداد خطة المبيعات وتحديد الأهداف ومؤشرات الأداء والجداول الزمنية.

Develop sales plans, targets, KPIs, and sales timelines.

• وضع خطة الاستهداف وتحديد العملاء والقطاعات والعلامات التجارية المستهدفة.

Develop targeting plans and identify potential clients, sectors, and brands.

• إدارة مبيعات العلامات التجارية والمساحات التجارية.

Manage brand and commercial space sales.

• استقطاب الرعاة وإدارة الشراكات والتحالفات التجارية.

Acquire sponsors and manage partnerships and commercial alliances.

• إعداد العروض التجارية والتفاوض مع العملاء وإغلاق الصفقات.

Prepare commercial proposals, negotiate with clients, and close deals.

• إدارة فريق المبيعات وتوزيع المهام والأهداف ومتابعة الأداء.

Manage the sales team, assign targets and responsibilities, and monitor performance.
