## Description

JOB PURPOSE:

This is a full-time role based in Dubai, responsible for driving the commercial growth of SkyTrak GCC (AlNajdiyah General Trading LLC) across the UAE and wider GCC region. The role owns the full sales cycle for the SkyTrak product line – from lead through to bespoke installation and handover – together with distributor development, e-commerce operations and marketing for the business. As the primary revenue-generating role in the business, the position carries end-to-end accountability for sales, operations and client delivery.

This is a senior, hands-on role and the key operational position within the business, reporting directly to the General Manager. The role is supported by an Operations Executive, but as the business grows the candidate will also be involved in building and managing the wider team.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Own the end-to-end sales cycle for SkyTrak products across the GCC, from enquiry and site assessment through quotation, negotiation and close

• Manage bespoke, high-value simulator installation projects: site surveys, MEP/technical drawings, equipment specification and coordination with contractors and architects through to handover

• Manage and grow the skytrak.ae Shopify store, including product listings, pricing, Google Shopping/Merchant Center feed and paid media budget across Google Search, Performance Max and Meta

• Develop and manage the regional distributor and reseller network: evaluate inbound enquiries, negotiate and draft distributor/reseller agreements and manage ongoing distributor relationships across the GCC and wider MENA region

• Prepare and maintain sales collateral, including sales decks, client-facing price lists, quotations and proposals

• Prepare monthly project costing reports, tracking margins, VAT and payment milestones against outstanding balances

• Own marketing and social media activity (LinkedIn, Instagram), including the content calendar and brand asset production

• Maintain and develop SOPs across sales, installation and distributor processes

• Manage supplier and vendor relationships, sourcing improved vendors for equipment and components

• Manage shipping and logistics across all orders and installation projects, including oversight of the fulfilment centre and warehouse facility and inventory levels

• Provide monthly financial and lead-tracking reports to the General Manager

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

• Proven sales and business development track record, ideally in golf, AV/technology or premium consumer hardware

• Experience managing bespoke, project-based installations, including reading and coordinating from MEP/technical drawings with contractors and architects

• Strong commercial and negotiation skills, including quotation building and margin/costing analysis

• Experience managing an e-commerce platform (Shopify preferred) and digital marketing channels (Google Ads/Merchant Center, Meta)

• Experience developing and managing distributor or reseller agreements and relationships, ideally across the GCC/MENA region

• Proficient in Excel for financial modelling and costing and comfortable producing client-facing sales decks and proposals

• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills

• Self-starter able to own a full sales and operations remit with minimal support

• UAE driving license and willingness to travel to client sites across the GCC

• At least 3 years of experience managing an operation, department, branch, facility or comparable commercial function.

• Previous experience managing and developing a team is essential.
