We are currently hiring:

Landscaping Site Engineer

📍 Dubai, UAE

Key Responsibilities:

· Lead and oversee all landscape projects from planning through execution to handover, ensuring on-time delivery.

· Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation to meet objectives and financial targets.

· Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, safety, and compliance with project specifications.

· Coordinate with clients, contractors, suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams for smooth project execution.

· Supervise and lead project teams, subcontractors, and site staff to ensure tasks are completed efficiently.

· Review technical drawings, specifications, and BOQs to ensure accurate implementation and resolve technical issues.

· Prepare and submit progress reports, documentation, and updates to senior management and stakeholders.

· Enforce health, safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements on-site to maintain a compliant work environment.

Qualifications & Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Landscape Architecture, Horticulture, or related field.

· Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Landscaping Site Engineer in landscaping and 5–10 years of total relevant experience, preferably with landscapes, horticulture, nursery works, irrigation, hardscape/softscape installation, and site engineering.

· Proven track record of managing multiple landscape projects from conception to completion.

· Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written) is required for internal coordination and client/authority communication.

· Experience in landscaping contracting projects across various works, including soft landscape, hard landscape, irrigation, and swimming pools, and UAE approval processes.

· Necessary professional certificates (e.g., PMP or equivalent, HSE, etc.)
