## Description

My client, is looking for an Executive Assistant who would be reporting to the CEO. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills and meticulous attention to detail. The candidate will have previous experience working in an office environment, providing administrative providing support to management, while maintaining confidence related to high-level systems and operations.

Responsibilities:

• Liaising with business partners, HODs, clients, colleagues and other internal and external parties on behalf of the CEO.

• Management and oversight of business projects.

• Researching new business ventures or projects on behalf of the CEO.

• Attending meetings and recording minutes, actions and accountabilities.

• Producing and collating high quality documents and presentations.

• Deliver results to deadlines taking a flexible and proactive approach.

• Handle confidential and sensitive information with a high degree of discretion and professionalism.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of relevant work experience in a fast based business environment

• Excellent knowledge of Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point

• Excellent command over English- written and verbal
