Job Description
ASMACS is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager – Oil & Gas to lead and expand business development activities in Saudi Arabia.

The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic client relationships, managing tendering activities, and supporting contract acquisition within the Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, and Energy sectors.
Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in Saudi Arabia.

• Build and maintain relationships with clients, contractors, and key industry stakeholders.

• Lead business development and sales activities.

• Manage tendering, prequalification, proposals, and commercial submissions.

• Support commercial negotiations and contract acquisition.

• Develop business growth strategies for the Oil & Gas and Energy sectors.

• Monitor market opportunities and upcoming projects.

• Coordinate with technical and management teams for proposals and client requirements.

• Maintain a strong pipeline of prospective projects and clients.

• Report business development progress and opportunities to the CEO.

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a relevant technical discipline.

• Minimum 15 years of relevant professional experience.

• Strong experience in Business Development / Sales within the Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, or Energy sector.

• Proven experience in tendering, contract acquisition, and client relationship management.

• Good understanding of the Saudi Arabian Oil & Gas market.

• Strong negotiation, presentation, communication, and networking skills.

• Ability to develop relationships with senior-level decision-makers.

• Relevant Saudi Arabia / GCC experience is highly preferred.

Preferred Experience
Candidates with established industry relationships and experience developing business with Oil & Gas operators, EPC contractors, industrial companies, and major project owners in Saudi Arabia will be preferred.
