Company Description Interio Haven is a luxury interior design and fit-out studio based in Dubai, specializing in high-end villas, apartments, offices, and hospitality spaces. The studio offers end-to-end services, from initial concept and design development through full project handover. Interio Haven focuses on delivering bespoke, detail-driven interiors tailored to the lifestyle and brand identity of each client. The team collaborates closely with clients, contractors, and suppliers to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to premium quality standards.
Role Description The Sales Manager role at Interio Haven is a full-time, on-site position based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Sales Manager will oversee the complete sales lifecycle, including prospecting new clients, responding to inquiries, conducting site visits, preparing proposals, and negotiating contracts for interior design and fit-out projects. This role includes building and maintaining strong relationships with property owners, developers, corporate clients, and hospitality partners, while consistently meeting revenue and margin targets. The Sales Manager will collaborate with the design and project teams to align client expectations with deliverables, provide accurate project scoping, and support smooth handovers. Daily responsibilities also include pipeline management, sales reporting, market research, and representation of Interio Haven at meetings, presentations, and industry events.
Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales or business development within interior design, fit-out, real estate, or related industries.

• Strong skills in client relationship management, negotiation, and closing deals.

• Ability to manage a sales pipeline, forecast revenue, and prepare clear proposals and presentations.

• Knowledge of the Dubai property and construction market, including high-end residential and commercial projects.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English; Arabic or other languages are an advantage.

• Comfort working on-site, conducting client visits, and coordinating with internal project and design teams.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple opportunities concurrently.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or a related field preferred.

• Proficiency in basic office and CRM software; familiarity with design or project management tools is a plus.

• Demonstrated commitment to ethical, inclusive, and professional conduct when working with diverse clients and colleagues.
