## Description

Sales Manager – B2B

Location: Ajman, UAE

Schedule: 5 days per week | 8:00 AM – 6:30 PM

Role Purpose

Lead B2B sales activities for flour products, develop key accounts, expand the customer base, and drive revenue growth across the UAE market.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute B2B sales strategies to achieve revenue and volume targets.

• Manage and grow relationships with distributors, wholesalers, food manufacturers, bakeries, and other key accounts.

• Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence.

• Lead negotiations on pricing, contracts, and commercial terms.

• Monitor market trends, competitors, sales performance, and customer requirements.

• Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and account development plans.

• Lead and support the sales team to achieve targets.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a Sales Manager role.

• Flour milling / flour industry experience is required.

• Strong B2B sales and key account management experience.

• UAE experience is mandatory.

• Strong negotiation, business development, and team leadership skills.
