Lead Recruitment Manager – Oil & Gas (Agency/Manpower Recruitment)

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and driven Lead Recruitment/Account Manager to join our growing team. This is a strategic client-facing position responsible for managing key accounts, driving business growth, leading recruitment delivery, and developing high-performing teams.

Key Responsibilities

Account Management

• Act as the lead contact and escalation point for clients and contractors.

• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.

• Conduct regular client review meetings and provide insightful account performance reporting.

• Identify opportunities to improve service delivery and drive account growth.

• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless client support.

Business Development

• Develop and execute strategic account growth plans.

• Identify and secure new business opportunities within existing and target accounts.

• Build relationships with key decision-makers and senior stakeholders.

• Lead and support bid and tender submissions.

• Negotiate commercial agreements and contract renewals.

Recruitment & Talent Delivery

• Partner with recruitment teams to deliver high-quality talent solutions.

• Support candidate sourcing and market mapping activities.

• Ensure an exceptional candidate and contractor experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

• Drive compliance and best practice across recruitment processes.

Contractor & Client Engagement

• Manage and retain a strong contractor base.

• Improve contractor engagement and satisfaction.

• Resolve complex issues effectively and professionally.

• Drive initiatives that enhance retention and service levels.

What We're Looking For

• 6+ years’ experience in account management, recruitment, workforce solutions, or staffing in the Oil & Gas or Energy Industry.

• Demonstrable experience developing and growing client relationships.

• Strong business development and revenue generation track record.

• Experience leading client meetings, negotiations, and presentations.

• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
