We are currently expanding our team and looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our Umm Al Quwain headquarters.

Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and articulate Customer Service Representative to act as the primary point of contact for our clients. Whether you are a seasoned professional or an enthusiastic fresher ready to learn, we welcome your application if you have a passion for excellent service and fast-paced learning.

Key Requirements

• Visa Status: Preference given to candidates on a Husband/Sponsored Visa or those eligible for standard employment sponsorship.

• Availability: Must be able to join immediately.

• Experience: Both experienced candidates and freshers (with or without experience) are encouraged to apply.

• Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills; must be a fast learner capable of adapting to product details and client needs quickly.

• Location: Candidates currently located in Umm Al Quwain will be given a distinct advantage.
