Role Overview

EUROSEC Automation & Security Systems LLC is looking for an experienced Operations & Business Development Manager to oversee day-to-day operations while developing new business opportunities, particularly within UAE government and semi-government sectors.

The ideal candidate should have strong local market knowledge, excellent government-sector networking capabilities, and the ability to manage operations, client relationships, projects, contractors, and business development activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate the company’s day-to-day operational activities.

• Develop new business opportunities within UAE government, semi-government, and public-sector organisations.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with government entities, consultants, contractors, developers, and key decision-makers.

• Identify upcoming projects, tenders, RFQs, RFPs, and business opportunities.

• Support vendor registration, company prequalification, tender submissions, and government approvals.

• Manage client meetings, presentations, commercial discussions, and business negotiations.

• Coordinate with sales, technical, project, procurement, and management teams.

• Monitor ongoing projects and ensure timely execution and client satisfaction.

• Manage contractors and external stakeholders where required.

• Develop strategies to expand EUROSEC’s presence within the UAE government sector.

• Maintain business pipelines, project updates, and regular management reports.

• Represent the company at government meetings, industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of the UAE business environment and government sector.

• Previous experience in operations, business development, project management, or government relations is preferred.

• Experience dealing with government and semi-government organisations will be a strong advantage.

• Knowledge of ELV, security systems, automation, MEP, technology, or related industries is preferred.

• Strong communication, networking, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Ability to manage clients, contractors, projects, and multiple responsibilities independently.

• Strong leadership and problem-solving capabilities.

• UAE driving licence is preferred.

• Immediate availability will be given preference.
