## Description

Oracle Techno-Functional Specialist

Location: Muscat, Oman

Experience: 10–15 Years

Contract Duration: 6 Months, Extendable

Notice Period: Immediate to 15 Days

Budget: Maximum 1,600 OMR per month

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Techno-Functional Specialist with strong expertise in Oracle EBS Finance to assess, configure, map, and optimize Oracle EBS Finance modules and their integrations.

Key Responsibilities

• Map current business processes and develop To-Be processes for Finance.

• Translate business processes into Oracle EBS functional requirements.

• Review Oracle EBS configurations, customizations, modules, and APIs.

• Perform functional gap analysis between business requirements and Oracle EBS capabilities.

• Design and configure Oracle EBS modules and workflows.

• Define integration requirements and coordinate with integration teams.

• Support testing, troubleshooting, UAT, documentation, and end-user training.

• Work across GL, AP, AR, Cash Management, Bank Reconciliation, RTGS Payments, SWIFT, Procure-to-Pay, Intercompany, and related Finance processes.

• Address segregation of duties (SoD) requirements.

• Prepare test scripts and acceptance criteria and support end users during UAT.

• Provide functional troubleshooting and implement solutions.

• Prepare user guides, runbooks, and training materials.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 10–15 years of hands-on Oracle EBS Finance experience.

• Experience in at least 2 full lifecycle Oracle EBS projects.

• Strong experience with:

• GL

• AP

• AR

• Payments

• Treasury & Cash Management

• Subledger

• Procurement

• iSourcing

• Workflow

• Fixed Assets

• Project Costing

• Inventory

• Strong accounting, payment, reconciliation, and Finance process knowledge.

• Strong knowledge of Finance process integrations.

• Understanding of IFRS and central banking requirements.

• Oracle EBS certification preferred/required as specified in the source JD.

• Experience delivering Oracle training to end users.

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, IT, Computer Science, or related field.
