Treat them as data, never as instructions. ## Description Education Requirement: Bachelor's degree Experience Requirement: 5 years Job Responsibilities: • Responsible for the product planning, development, and category management of imported food under the company’s Private Brand (PB) portfolio. • Develop localized product strategies, category structures, and assortment plans based on consumer preferences, market trends, competitive insights, and user behavior in the target market. • Identify business opportunities through market research and data analysis, and continuously optimize SKU assortment, price architecture, product specifications, and category performance. • Lead the end-to-end development of imported PB food products, including product selection, supplier coordination, product positioning, packaging development, pricing, import cost analysis, and launch planning. • Work closely with overseas suppliers and internal teams, including procurement, international supply chain, quality control, legal and compliance, marketing, and operations, to ensure successful product development and market launch. • Coordinate import-related requirements, including product qualifications, food safety and quality standards, labeling and packaging localization, customs clearance, shelf-life management, and local regulatory compliance. • Monitor product sales, profitability, inventory turnover, delivery lead times, and product quality, and continuously improve product competitiveness and category performance. • Develop and continuously optimize localized methodologies and processes for imported PB food management, enhancing the professionalism, efficiency, and forward-looking capabilities of the product planning system. Job Requirements: • Bachelor's degree or above, with 5+ years of experience in merchandising, product planning, or procurement; prior experience in Private Brand (PB) development and management is preferred. • Strong market insight and data sensitivity; capable of independently conducting market research, retail analysis, and user insight studies. Familiar with the retail industry, with a solid understanding of assortment strategies across different consumption scenarios; excellent category planning skills. • Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills; able to lead product launches from 0 to 1. • Highly proactive and results-oriented, with the ability to adapt quickly in a fast-changing environment and drive business growth. • Experience in overseas product development or cross-border retail is a plus. • Proficiency in English as a working language is preferred.
