Role Description The Sales Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Shuwaikh, supporting the company’s trading activities in construction materials and tea products. The role involves engaging with customers in person and by phone, responding to inquiries, providing product information, and ensuring a professional and welcoming experience. The Sales Associate will prepare quotations, process orders, coordinate with the warehouse and logistics teams, and follow up on deliveries to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment. Daily tasks include maintaining product displays, updating pricing and stock information, and supporting promotional activities to drive sales. The role also requires maintaining accurate sales records, assisting in inventory checks, and collaborating with the wider sales team to meet targets and support long-term customer relationships.
