## Description

🏢 WE’RE HIRING | SECONDARY MARKET MANAGER - Immediate Joiner

Lyka Realty is looking for a results-driven Secondary Market Manager to lead and grow our resale property division. If you have strong experience in Dubai’s secondary market, a solid network, and the ability to lead a high-performing team, we’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities
✓ Oversee the end-to-end sales process for residential and commercial resale properties

✓ Build and manage a strong pipeline of buyers and sellers

✓ Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of Secondary Market Consultants

✓ Conduct property valuations and advise clients on competitive pricing

✓ Negotiate sale and purchase agreements effectively

✓ Develop strong relationships with clients, property owners, and market partners

✓ Monitor Dubai real estate market trends and identify new business opportunities

✓ Track team performance and provide regular reports to management

Requirements
✓ Minimum 3 years of experience in Dubai’s secondary/resale real estate market

✓ Strong network of buyers, sellers, agents, and property owners in Dubai

✓ Valid RERA certification

✓ Proven team leadership and performance management skills

✓ Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation abilities

✓ Excellent command of English

✓ Fluency in Tamil, Malayalam, Hindi, or other Indian languages is an advantage

✓ Strong business development and target-oriented mindset

✓ Immediate joiners preferred
