## Description

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of high-rise residential and commercial projects in Dubai.

The role will have full responsibility for design, tendering, procurement, contracts, construction, cost, schedule, quality, HSE, authority approvals, and project handover.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead projects from concept/design through construction, completion and handover.

• Manage consultants, contractors, subcontractors, suppliers and project teams.

• Drive project planning, scheduling, budgets, cash flow, cost control and risk management.

• Oversee design development, value engineering, tendering, procurement and contract negotiations.

• Manage FIDIC-based contracts, variations, claims, EOTs and commercial matters.

• Ensure timely approvals, NOCs and statutory clearances from relevant authorities.

• Monitor site progress, quality, safety and compliance with approved specifications.

• Lead project meetings, reporting, governance and stakeholder communication.

• Ensure projects are delivered within agreed scope, cost, timeline and quality standards.

• Manage snagging, handover, close-out and post-handover issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related field.

• 10+ years of construction experience, covering both civil and interior works.

• Proven UAE experience in high-rise residential and commercial towers is mandatory.

• Strong knowledge of FIDIC contracts, construction processes and project controls.

• Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project and Aconex.

• Strong understanding of construction details, building materials, UAE regulations and quality standards.

• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation and stakeholder-management skills.
