## Description

We are a leading private equity firm with a diverse portfolio of investments across the MENA region and Europe. Our team is dedicated to driving value creation through strategic investments, operational excellence, and financial expertise. We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to join our Finance Department and support our growing operations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate bookkeeping and financial records.

• Prepare timely financial reports, including quarterly and annual statements

• Perform intercompany reconciliations and ensure correct expense and transaction allocations

• Reconcile bank accounts and promptly resolve any discrepancies

• Manage fund transfers and payments across multiple accounts and entities

• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning in coordination with internal teams

• Prepare detailed Cash Flow Statements and Management Information Systems (MIS) reports

• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements

• Assist during audits and coordinate with external auditors

• Work closely with team members to assist with the month-end close

Qualifications

• 2+ years' of professional accounting experience

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics or equivalent experience

• CA/CMA/ACCA/CPA or other equivalent qualification preferred.
