## Description

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to act as the bridge between business teams and technical teams during digital transformation and technology projects.

You will work with stakeholders, Product Owners, Project Managers, Technical Leads, Developers, Testers, UX teams, and business users to understand requirements, improve processes, and ensure solutions meet business needs.

Key Responsibilities

Stakeholder & Requirements Management

• Meet with business stakeholders to understand goals, challenges, processes, and requirements.

• Conduct workshops, interviews, discovery sessions, and process walkthroughs.

• Gather, analyze, document, validate, and manage business, functional, and non-functional requirements.

• Create:

• Business Requirement Documents (BRD)

• User Stories

• Use Cases

• Acceptance Criteria

• Process Maps

• Business Analysis Documents

• Convert business requirements into clear and testable requirements for developers and technical teams.

• Maintain requirements traceability and manage requirement changes.

Business Process Analysis

• Perform:

• Current-state analysis

• Future-state analysis

• Gap analysis

• Impact assessment

• Process improvement studies

• Identify risks, dependencies, issues, and improvement opportunities.

Agile Delivery Support

• Work closely with Product Owners to prioritize backlog items.

• Participate in:

• Backlog refinement

• Sprint planning

• Sprint reviews

• Retrospectives

• Support Agile and Scrum delivery processes.

Technical Collaboration

• Work with Technical Leads and Solution Architects to ensure requirements are feasible.

• Understand:

• System integrations

• REST APIs

• Data flows

• User interfaces

• Enterprise applications

UX, Testing & Release Support

• Support UX activities by defining:

• User journeys

• Personas

• Pain points

• User needs

• Assist QA teams with:

• Test scenarios

• User Acceptance Testing (UAT)

• Defect clarification

• Business sign-off

• Support deployment, release readiness, training materials, stakeholder communication, and operational handover.

Reporting & Communication

• Prepare:

• Presentations

• Project status updates

• Dashboards

• Decision-making materials

• Communicate effectively with both business and technical teams.

Mandatory Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

• Minimum 5 years' experience as a Business Analyst.

• Experience in:

• Digital Transformation Projects

• Enterprise Applications

• Application Development Projects

• Strong requirements gathering and documentation experience.

• Experience creating:

• User Stories

• Acceptance Criteria

• Use Cases

• Process Flows

• Business Rules

• Traceability Matrices

• Hands-on Agile & Scrum experience.

• Experience supporting UAT and business sign-off.

• Experience with:

• Jira and/or Azure DevOps

• Visio

• Microsoft Office

• Strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
