## Description

Contract Duration: 1 Year

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join one of our clients on a 1-year contract.

The successful candidate will lead the planning, execution, governance, and delivery of digital transformation and technology initiatives. The role will be responsible for managing project scope, schedule, budget, resources, risks, quality, and stakeholder expectations while ensuring successful delivery of business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project delivery from initiation through closure.

• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource plans.

• Manage project scope, issues, risks, assumptions, and dependencies.

• Coordinate effectively with business, technical, vendor, and customer stakeholders.

• Facilitate steering committees, governance forums, and project reporting.

• Ensure adherence to established project management standards and delivery methodologies.

• Monitor progress against milestones and implement corrective actions where required.

• Manage vendor performance, contracts, and third-party deliverables.

• Oversee quality assurance, testing readiness, deployment, and business acceptance.

• Provide executive-level reporting covering project status, risks, financials, and outcomes.

• Support organizational change, communications, and stakeholder engagement activities.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or a related discipline.

• 10+ years of project management experience delivering technology programs.

• Strong experience managing budgets, schedules, resources, and project governance.

• Experience with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery approaches.

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

• Experience using Microsoft Project, Azure DevOps, Jira, and collaboration platforms.

• Strong capabilities in risk, issue, dependency, and financial management.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working on government digital transformation programs.

• Knowledge of cloud, application development, data, and integration projects.

• Professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2 Practitioner, Agile certifications, or equivalent are preferred.
