🇸🇦 HR & People Operations Specialist (Saudi Nationals Only)
Bloom Planet Group is seeking an experienced and highly motivated HR Specialist to support our growing operations across Saudi Arabia, Egypt, UAE, Korea, Poland, and the UK.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Saudi HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced, multicultural environment and can confidently coordinate with stakeholders across multiple countries.

Key Responsibilities:
✅ Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

✅ Onboarding & Offboarding

✅ Employee Relations & Personnel Administration

✅ Attendance, Leave & Payroll Coordination

✅ Performance Management Support

✅ HR Reporting & Dashboards

✅ Policy & Procedure Implementation

✅ Benefits Administration

✅ Cross-Country HR Coordination

✅ Compliance with Saudi Labor Regulations

✅ Management of Saudi HR Platforms

Requirements:
🇸🇦 Saudi National (Mandatory)

🗣️ Fluent English communication skills are a MUST (written and spoken)

📍 Available for a full-time role based in Saudi Arabia

💼 Proven HR experience across multiple HR functions

💻 Hands-on experience with Saudi HR and government platforms

🌍 Ability to coordinate with teams across Saudi Arabia, Egypt, UAE, Korea, Poland, and the UK

✈️ Willingness to travel domestically and internationally when required

📄 Valid passport preferred

The successful candidate will demonstrate strong ownership, attention to detail, professional judgment, leadership capability, and the ability to manage HR operations across multiple countries. The selection process includes assessments of Saudi HR knowledge, English communication, global coordination, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
