## Description

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead digital transformation and technology projects from start to finish.

The Project Manager will be responsible for managing project scope, timeline, budget, resources, risks, stakeholders, vendors, and overall delivery while ensuring projects achieve business objectives and are delivered successfully.

Key Responsibilities

Project Delivery

• Manage projects from initiation through closure.

• Develop and maintain:

• Project Plans

• Budgets

• Resource Plans

• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to requirements.

Project Governance & Control

• Manage:

• Assumptions

• Dependencies

• Monitor project progress against milestones.

• Implement corrective actions when required.

• Ensure compliance with project management standards and methodologies.

Stakeholder Management

• Coordinate with:

• Business Teams

• Technical Teams

• Senior Management

• Facilitate:

• Steering Committees

• Governance Meetings

• Project Reviews

• Manage stakeholder expectations and communication.

Vendor & Third-Party Management

• Manage vendor relationships and performance.

• Monitor contract deliverables and project commitments.

• Ensure third-party suppliers meet deadlines and quality expectations.

Quality & Delivery Assurance

• Oversee:

• Quality Assurance

• Testing Readiness

• Deployment Activities

• Business Acceptance

• Ensure project deliverables meet agreed quality standards.

Reporting & Communication

• Provide regular reporting on:

• Risks & Issues

• Budget & Financials

• Prepare executive-level presentations and reports.

Change Management

• Support organizational change initiatives.

• Drive communications and stakeholder engagement activities.

• Assist with user adoption and transition activities.

Mandatory Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or related field.

• Minimum 10 years of Project Management experience.

• Strong experience delivering technology and digital transformation projects.

• Experience managing:

• Budgets

• Timelines

• Resources

• Governance

• Experience with:

• Agile

• Scrum

• Waterfall

• Hybrid delivery methodologies

• Strong stakeholder management experience.

• Strong project financial management experience.

• Experience managing risks, issues, dependencies, and project controls.

• Hands-on experience with:

• Microsoft Project

• Azure DevOps

• Jira

• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
