## Description

Hiring a Head of Marketing Performance for a local bank in the region! (UAEN only)

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and continuously improve the overall marketing measurement framework, governance, processes and reporting standards across campaigns, media, PR, social, brand, leads and marketing spend.

• Define campaign KPIs, success criteria, tracking requirements and reporting timelines ahead of launch, ensuring alignment with business goals, customer segments and product priorities.

• Lead post-campaign performance reviews, turning results into clear insights, key learnings, recommendations and actions to improve future marketing effectiveness.

• Link marketing performance to commercial outcomes, including customer acquisition, leads, conversion, product adoption, engagement, retention, brand health and budget efficiency.

• Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure accurate tracking, consistent reporting and data-driven decision making.

• Oversee marketing dashboards, scorecards, budget performance reports and executive updates, providing clear visibility on effectiveness, ROI and opportunities to optimize spend.

• Bring performance marketing, analytics, consulting and banking best practices into the marketing operating model to strengthen accountability and drive continuous improvement.

• Continuously enhance marketing performance capabilities by identifying data gaps, improving measurement tools and embedding a strong performance culture across the marketing function.

Experience:

• UAEN with minimum 8-10 Years

• Preferred background in performance marketing, analytics, consulting, banking
