## Description

Operations Manager – Construction / Landscaping

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to required quality standards.

• Monitor project schedules, identify delays and implement corrective actions.

• Manage manpower, machinery, fleet and other resources across projects.

• Guide and support Project Managers and operational teams.

• Review contracts, tenders, variations, claims and commercial matters.

• Monitor project budgets, invoicing, collections, cash flow and profitability.

• Manage client relationships, meetings and operational concerns.

• Ensure smooth project handover, close-out, warranties and defect liability requirements.

• Improve internal processes, systems and operational efficiency.

• Monitor team performance and KPIs and support training and development.

• Identify opportunities for business growth and new contracts.

• Ensure compliance with safety, quality and company standards.

• Prepare weekly/monthly operational and management reports.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering; Master’s degree is an advantage.

• Strong experience in construction / landscaping projects.

• Good knowledge of softscape, hardscape and irrigation systems.

• Experience managing projects, budgets, contracts, variations and claims.

• Strong leadership and team management skills.

• Strong commercial and financial understanding.

• Excellent negotiation, communication and client management skills.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously.

• UAE Driving License is mandatory.
