Exports Manager | Muscat, Oman

What This Role Is About

Our client, a well-known FMCG company, is looking for an Exports Manager, based in Muscat, to drive export sales and international business development across key markets.

The role will focus on expanding export business, strengthening distributor relationships, and identifying new opportunities across international markets. You will work closely with commercial and internal teams to develop market strategies, strengthen routes to market, and deliver sustainable sales growth.

This is a hands-on role for an experienced export sales professional who can manage international markets, build strong commercial relationships, and identify opportunities for business expansion.

The Client’s Definition of the Ideal Fit

• 5+ years of experience in export sales and international business development within the FMCG sector

• Food & Beverage experience is preferred

• Proven experience managing international markets and distributor relationships

• Strong understanding of export sales, route-to-market, and international business development

• Demonstrated ability to identify new markets and drive export revenue growth

• Strong commercial, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills

• Fluency in English and Hindi is a must

• Must be willing to relocate to Muscat, Oman
