## Description

1. Product Strategy & Planning

• Develop and implement product strategies based on market demand, customer requirements and competitive activity.

• Monitor the performance of each model, variant and trim level.

• Recommend model mix, specifications, features and variant positioning.

• Identify gaps in the current product portfolio and propose new models or variants.

• Support annual and quarterly product planning.

2. Market & Competitor Analysis

• Continuously monitor competitors, including pricing, specifications, promotions, features, warranty and service packages.

• Prepare regular competitor comparison reports.

• Track market trends, customer preferences and emerging technologies.

• Provide management with insights on opportunities, risks and changes in market demand.

3. Pricing & Commercial Management

• Monitor competitor pricing and promotional activities.

4. New Product Launches

• Lead product planning and coordination for new model launches.

• Prepare product positioning, USP and key selling points.

5. Sales Support

• Develop detailed product presentations, comparison sheets and sales tools.

• Train sales teams on product features, benefits, technology and competitive advantages.

6. Product Performance Management

• Monitor monthly sales performance by model, variant, colour and specification.

• Recommend actions to improve model and variant sell-through.

7. Manufacturer Coordination

Act as the primary product contact with the manufacturer
