## Description

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Data Center Engineer to manage, operate, secure, and optimize enterprise server and virtualization environments.

The successful candidate will have strong hands-on experience in Linux administration, virtualization platforms, backup and disaster recovery, system hardening, and production data center operations.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage and operate enterprise Linux server environments.

* Monitor server performance, availability, capacity, and reliability.

* Administer virtualization platforms including VMware vSphere, Nutanix, and/or Microsoft Hyper-V.

* Manage backup, restoration, and Disaster Recovery (DR) solutions.

* Perform system hardening according to cybersecurity best practices.

* Manage operating system updates and Patch Management.

* Identify and remediate server vulnerabilities.

* Troubleshoot complex infrastructure and server-related incidents.

* Participate in business continuity and disaster recovery exercises.

* Maintain technical documentation and operational procedures.

* Ensure the stability, security, and availability of data center infrastructure.

Minimum Qualifications

* Minimum 8 years of hands-on experience in systems, servers, or data center infrastructure.

* Strong experience in Linux administration.

* Certification such as RHCSA or CompTIA Linux+.

* Hands-on experience with one or more of:

* VMware vSphere

* Nutanix

* Microsoft Hyper-V

* Strong experience with Backup & Disaster Recovery.

* Knowledge of System Hardening and Patch Management.

* Experience operating enterprise infrastructure within production environments.
