## Description

Human Resources Specialist

Galadari Heavy Equipment Division is seeking a motivated and people orientated Human Resources Specialist to support our operations in United Arab Emirates, KSA & Qatar. This role requires a well-rounded HR generalist who can independently manage day-to-day people operations and partner closely with our wider Team. The HR Specialist will be reporting to the Head of People & Culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical, operational and support roles.

• Managing volume recruitment across multiple business units with diverse needs.

• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline using proactive sourcing strategies and recruitment tools

• Prepare offers, manage salary negotiations and ensure compensation aligns with internal grading and market benchmarks

• Ensure adherence to recruitment budgets, diversity targets, and labor law compliance.

• Coordinate smooth onboarding & induction for new employees

• Support monthly payroll inputs and HR administrative processes

• Assist department managers with performance management & goal setting

• Maintain accurate HRIS data, employee files and compliance documentation

• Collaborate with stakeholders on workforce planning and nationalization goals (UAE/KSA).

Qualifications, Skills & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field

• 5+years of HR experience in a generalist capacity

• Sound knowledge of United Arab Emirates, KSA & Qatar labor law

• Proven experience recruiting across the GCC

• Experience in heavy equipment, construction, automotive, industrial or a similar technical sector strongly preferred

• Fluency in English is required; Arabic is a strong advantage

• Proficient in MS Office Suite and HRIS systems.

• Proactive, reliable and confident working with managers and employees

## Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
