Grand Hyatt Doha is looking for a passionate Sales Manager to drive revenue growth, build strong client relationships, and identify new business opportunities. The Sales Manager is responsible for generating business, maximizing hotel revenue, and expanding market presence through proactive sales activities. This role focuses on developing and maintaining relationships with corporate clients, travel partners, and key accounts while identifying new business opportunities across various market segments. The Sales Manager will manage the sales cycle from prospecting and negotiations through contract execution, working closely with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and achieve revenue targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management or a related field.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, hospitality sales, venue sales, or a related role.

• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

• Experience with CRM systems and sales reporting tools.
