## Description

Sohar Window Trading is looking for an experienced Senior Kitchen Designer who can create outstanding modern European kitchens and turn them into closed sales. If you combine strong design skills with a proven sales record, this role is for you.

📍 Location: Oman
🕒 Employment Type: Full-time

What You'll Do

Lead the design of modern European kitchens using design software (e.g., AutoCAD, 3ds Max, SketchUp, 2020 Design)
Prepare accurate 2D and 3D drawings, renders, and detailed layouts for clients
Manage high-value residential and commercial kitchen projects from concept to handover
Prepare and present quotations, follow up with clients, and close sales
Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets
Advise clients on materials, finishes, appliances, and the best design solutions for their space
Coordinate with suppliers, production, and installation teams to ensure smooth project delivery
Mentor and support junior designers and sales staff

What We're Looking For

7+ years of experience in European kitchen design and sales
Proven track record of closing high-value projects
Strong knowledge of modular kitchen systems, materials, and hardware
Excellent negotiation, presentation, and customer service skills
Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus
Professional, results-driven team player
