## Description

**We're Hiring: Assistant Marketing Manager**

**Sohar Window Trading** is looking for a creative and driven Assistant Marketing Manager to help grow our brand and generate new business. If you combine creative ideas with a data-driven mindset, this role is for you.

📍 **Location:** Muscat, Oman
🕒 **Employment Type:** Full-time

**What You'll Do**

- Support the Marketing Manager in planning and executing marketing strategies and campaigns
- Manage the company's social media accounts, content calendar, and online presence
- Plan and run digital advertising campaigns (Meta, Google, LinkedIn) and track their performance
- Coordinate the creation of marketing materials, including brochures, catalogs, product photos, and videos
- Organize exhibitions, showroom events, and promotional activities
- Work closely with the sales team to generate leads and support sales targets
- Conduct market research and monitor competitor activity
- Prepare regular reports on campaign results, budgets, and marketing KPIs

**What We're Looking For**

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- 4+ years of marketing experience, including at least 1 year in a supervisory or senior role
- Proven experience in digital marketing and social media management
- Marketing experience in the Omani market is highly preferred
- Familiarity with design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop) is a plus
- Fluency in English and Arabic
- Strong creativity, communication, and organizational skills

**Candidates currently residing in Oman are preferred.**
