## Description

Procurement Officer - Mechanical

Our group of companies based in Dubai is looking for an experienced Procurement Officer – Mechanical & Civil with a strong background in EPC, construction, and infrastructure projects.

Candidates must have hands-on experience in mechanical and civil project procurement, along with strong exposure to international import and export operations.

Job Location: Dubai,United Arab Emirates

Role & Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end procurement of mechanical, MEP, and industrial equipment for EPC projects.

• Handle domestic and international sourcing, including import and export.

• Identify suppliers, negotiate prices, and ensure cost-effective procurement.

• Manage purchase orders, quotations, delivery schedules, and vendor relationships.

• Procure equipment for industrial, factory installation, construction, and infrastructure projects.

• Coordinate with engineering, project, and logistics teams for timely material delivery.

• Ensure compliance with technical specifications, quality standards, and project requirements.

Preferred candidate profile

• B.E/B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.

• 815 years of experience in mechanical procurement.

• Strong experience in MEP procurement and EPC projects.

• Hands-on experience in import and export operations.

• Experience in industrial, factory installation, construction, and infrastructure projects.

• Knowledge of procurement of chillers, pumps, fire-fighting systems, steel structures, valves, cranes, and process equipment.

• Candidates with combined Civil and Mechanical procurement experience will be preferred.
