## Description

Experience: 8–12+ years

Responsibilities

• Execute testing across Digital Banking and Core Banking platforms.

• Validate end-to-end customer journeys, account opening, transactions, postings, balances, and related banking workflows.

• Perform Mobile Banking and Internet Banking testing.

• Validate API and system integrations across banking applications.

• Support customer onboarding and certification testing.

• Manage defects, perform root-cause analysis, and coordinate with relevant stakeholders for resolution.

• Execute regression testing to ensure application stability following changes and releases.

Required Skills

• 8–12+ years of experience in Banking Testing / QA.

• Strong experience in Digital Banking and Core Banking.

• Hands-on experience with Mobile Banking and Internet Banking applications.

• Experience in Customer Onboarding and end-to-end customer journeys.

• Strong knowledge of API and Integration Testing.

• Experience in defect management, regression testing, and certification testing.
