## Description

About the role
We are a Dubai-based plant nursery and landscaping business looking for a hands-on Landscape Business Development & Projects Executive to help us grow our landscaping/project business.

This is a hybrid business development + project coordination role.

We are looking for someone who already understands the Dubai landscaping market and ideally has existing relationships with landscaping companies, contractors, developers, consultants, architects/designers, villa owners or related businesses.

What you will do
Business Development

• Identify and bring in new landscaping and softscaping projects.

• Develop relationships with landscaping companies, contractors, developers, consultants, architects and villa/property clients.

• Follow up on leads, site visits, quotations and tenders.

• Build a consistent pipeline of landscaping opportunities.

• Develop opportunities for our nursery to supply plants and landscaping materials to external projects.

Project Coordination

• Coordinate the execution of awarded landscaping/softscaping projects.

• Arrange and coordinate suitable subcontractors, gardeners, labour teams and other external resources as required.

• Visit project sites and ensure work is progressing according to agreed scope, quality and timeline.

• Coordinate plant selection, availability, delivery and installation with our nursery team.

• Coordinate with clients, contractors and other project stakeholders.

• Monitor project costs and help ensure projects remain commercially viable.

What we are looking for

• 2+ years of relevant experience in Dubai/UAE landscaping, horticulture, garden maintenance, contracting or related business development.

• Existing relationships within the landscaping/construction/property industry are highly valued.

• Demonstrated ability to generate leads and convert them into actual projects.

• Understanding of softscaping, plants, irrigation and basic landscaping project requirements.

• Strong communication, negotiation and follow-up skills.

• Comfortable visiting offices, sites and meeting clients in person.

• Able to independently coordinate subcontractors and external labour.

• Commercially minded and comfortable working with quotations, margins and project costs.

• UAE driving licence is preferred.

Major Advantage
Candidates who can demonstrate an existing network of clients, contractors, landscaping companies, consultants, developers or subcontractors will be strongly considered.

This role is particularly suitable for someone who already has relationships in the Dubai landscaping industry and wants greater responsibility for developing business and projects.
