Qualifications required
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering or Computer Science.

• At least five years of relevant professional experience in the position you are applying for.

Responsibilities common to all four developer positions
• Analyse requirements, design systems and work across the full software development lifecycle to build effective, integrated applications.

• Convert business processes and routine paper procedures into electronic workflows and application solutions.

• Define system processes and procedures, including application inputs and outputs.

• Develop practical solutions to improve and automate workflows, and design flexible systems suited to operational needs.

• Establish coding policies and consistent programming practices, including naming conventions and common libraries.

• Implement and maintain version-control tools to track application versions and updates.

• Conduct technical studies, analyse problems and prepare reports relevant to system development.

• Maintain system continuity and application interconnectivity; identify and correct defects and improve performance.

• Analyse application indicators and functions, respond to issues and recommend improvements; provide proactive application support.

• Apply security standards and perform preventive maintenance for systems and applications.

• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, designs, studies and reports; deliver training and knowledge transfer.
SS02 Java and Oracle ADF Developer
