## Description

Premier Choice International (PCI) is looking for an experienced Receptionist cum Admin Officer for its Dubai Head office.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist clients and visitors professionally

• Answer phone calls and manage emails

• Handle appointments, meetings, and visitors

• Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence and courier deliveries

• Provide general administrative support to the team

• Maintain office files, documents, and records

• Manage office supplies and daily office requirements

• Assist management with general administrative tasks

• Maintain a professional and welcoming reception area

• Handle confidential information with discretion

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree is required

• Minimum *1 year of professional experience*

• Excellent communication skills, written and spoken

• Previous experience in a luxury or premium industry is preferred, such as:

• Jewelry

• Auction

• Real Estate

• Investment Management

• Luxury Retail or Hospitality

• Professional, presentable, and confident personality

• Good communication and customer service skills

• Strong organizational and administrative skills

• Good knowledge of MS Office

## Requirements
