About the role Position Title: Consultant Geoscientist Work Location: Kuwait Department: On-sync Energy Management Services Company. Job Responsibilities • Perform 3D geological and static reservoir modeling by integrating geological, geophysical, petrophysical, and well data. • Develop and evaluate multiple geological model realizations to capture and quantify key subsurface uncertainties. • Identify and mature remaining and bypassed hydrocarbon opportunities in mature reservoirs through integrated reservoir characterization and model-based evaluation. • Perform well placement and optimization for appraisal, infill, step-out, producer, and injector wells. • Integrate reservoir quality, fluid distribution, connectivity, and geological uncertainty into well-placement and field-development decisions. • Apply advanced reservoir characterization, geological modeling technologies, and workflows to improve subsurface understanding. • Provide technical geoscience input to field-development planning and reservoir-management decisions.
