## Description

We are looking for a results-driven Sales & Account Manager to lead our business growth in the Qatari market.

The primary focus of this role is to penetrate the market, acquire new clients, build a strong sales pipeline, develop relationships with key decision-makers, and achieve sales targets.

The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling our technology-driven recruitment and hiring solutions to companies across Jordan.

Key Responsibilities

* Drive market penetration and expand the company’s presence across the Jordanian market.

* Identify and develop new business opportunities and prospective clients.

* Generate qualified leads and build and manage a strong sales pipeline.

* Conduct proactive outreach to HR leaders, Talent Acquisition teams, Hiring Managers, and key decision-makers.

* Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.

* Understand clients’ recruitment challenges and business needs and position the appropriate solutions.

* Prepare commercial proposals, conduct negotiations, follow up on opportunities, and close deals.

* Achieve agreed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales revenue targets.

* Maintain consistent follow-up with prospects throughout the sales cycle.

* Develop existing accounts and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.

* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads, opportunities, and sales activities.

* Monitor market trends and competitors and provide relevant market feedback to management.

* Represent the company at HR events, exhibitions, networking activities, and business meetings when required.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Performance will primarily be measured based on:

* Achievement of sales revenue targets.

* Number of new clients acquired.

* Number of qualified leads generated.

* Number of client meetings and product demonstrations conducted.

* Value and quality of the sales pipeline.

* Lead-to-client conversion rate.

* Revenue growth from existing accounts.

Qualifications & Experience

* Proven experience in B2B Sales, Account Management, or Business Development.

* Experience selling services or technology solutions; experience in HR Tech, Recruitment, SaaS, Technology Solutions, or Professional Services is preferred.

* Strong ability to prospect, generate leads, and reach key decision-makers.

* Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.

* Target-oriented, proactive, and highly driven by results.

* Ability to work independently and develop a market and client base from the ground up.

* Fluency in Arabic with a very good command of English.

This is primarily a sales-driven role. We are looking for a strong hunter mindset — someone who does not simply manage existing accounts but actively identifies opportunities, opens new doors, builds relationships, and converts those relationships into measurable revenue and long-term business.
