## Description

Key Responsibilities:

Financial & Accounting Operations:

Record daily financial transactions and maintain accurate general ledger entries.

Manage cash and bank balances, performing regular reconciliations and petty cash management.

Prepare and submit weekly and monthly financial reports to the CEO.

Oversee VAT and Corporate Tax (CT) compliance, including computation and timely filing.

Payroll & Workforce Administration:

Process monthly payroll via WPS (Wage Protection System) in compliance with UAE labor laws.

Maintain employee attendance records, leave balances, and end-of-service calculations.

Coordinate with the PRO to expedite staff visa applications, renewals, and legal document processing.

Supply Chain & Inventory Management:

Track and maintain physical and ledger inventory levels to prevent discrepancies.

Act as an intermediary between international export suppliers and local customs clearance agents to process shipping documents and expedite clearance.

Corporate Compliance & Facilities:

• Coordinate the timely renewal of trade licenses, commercial registrations, and office/warehouse tenancy contracts.
