## Description

We are looking for an experienced Senior Mechanical Engineer – HVAC to support a major airport project. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in HVAC design, technical review, and site/construction supervision, preferably within airport, aircraft hangar, MRO, or other large-scale aviation projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and review HVAC/mechanical design for airport facilities, terminals, hangars and associated buildings.

• Review engineering drawings, calculations, specifications, material submittals and technical documents.

• Supervise and inspect HVAC installation and ensure compliance with approved drawings and project specifications.

• Coordinate HVAC works with architectural, structural, electrical and other disciplines.

• Monitor contractor performance, quality, progress and technical compliance.

• Review testing, commissioning and TAB activities.

• Identify technical issues and coordinate timely resolution with contractors and project stakeholders.

• Ensure compliance with applicable international standards, UAE regulations and project requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.

• 10+ years of relevant mechanical/HVAC experience.

• Strong experience in HVAC design and site/construction supervision.

• Airport, aircraft hangar, MRO or aviation project experience is highly preferred.

• Good knowledge of ASHRAE, NFPA and relevant UAE/local authority requirements.

• Experience with large HVAC systems, chilled-water systems, AHUs/FAHUs and ventilation systems.

• Strong coordination, communication and technical problem-solving skills.
