## Description

We're Hiring: Sales Engineer – Bearings & Industrial Spare Parts

We're looking for a driven Sales Engineer to grow our presence across factories and the industrial sector.

What you'll do:

🔹 Sell bearings and industrial spare parts to factories and industrial clients

🔹 Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers

🔹 Conduct regular field visits and submit visit reports

🔹 Recommend the right technical solutions based on customer needs

🔹 Prepare quotations, follow up on orders, and support collections

🔹 Achieve monthly and annual sales targets

What we're looking for:

✅ Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, or related)

✅ Proven experience selling bearings and industrial spare parts

✅ Strong track record working with factories and industrial clients

✅ Excellent negotiation, communication, and closing skills

✅ Solid technical knowledge of industrial components

✅ Valid driving license (field visits required)

✅ Good English and MS Office skills
