Classroom Management and Delivery • Craft and maintain a prepared learning environment, incorporating theme-based lesson plans that stimulate curiosity and engagement among children. • Facilitate hands-on learning experiences and introduce Montessori-inspired activities to bring about genuine love for exploration and knowledge acquisition. • Encourage independence in children by integrating age-appropriate tasks and activities that contribute to the development of essential life skills. • Tailor teaching methods to provide individualized education, ensuring a personalized and effective learning experience. • Effectively manage the implementation of different learning and shelf activities to maximize resource utilization. Supervise teaching assistants, offering guidance and support in various classroom activities.
