🚨 Hiring: Sales Manager – Instrumentation & Automation

📍 Location: UAE

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager – Instrumentation & Automation to drive business development, generate qualified opportunities, manage key customer relationships, and convert RFQs and tenders into successful orders.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the Oil & Gas, Energy, Industrial and EPC sectors.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with procurement, engineering, projects, maintenance and operations teams.

• Generate RFQs, tender invitations, enquiries and project opportunities.

• Identify upcoming projects, shutdowns, replacement requirements and operational needs.

• Qualify opportunities based on scope, budget, timeline, technical fit and commercial potential.

• Coordinate with internal bidding/technical teams for quotations and proposals.

• Follow up on quotations, negotiate commercially and drive opportunities through to order conversion.

• Monitor market trends, competitors, customer requirements and upcoming projects.

• Maintain an accurate sales pipeline, forecasts and regular sales reports.

• Conduct customer visits, presentations and technical/commercial meetings.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Instrumentation, Control, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or a related field.

• Minimum 5 years of relevant sales experience in instrumentation, process measurement, automation or industrial solutions.

• Experience with Oil & Gas companies and EPC contractors in the UAE.

• Good understanding of DCS, ESD, PLC, SCADA and ICSS systems.

• Ability to understand RFQs, datasheets, P&IDs and system architecture at a sales/opportunity qualification level.

• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation and relationship-management skills.

• Proven ability to generate opportunities and achieve sales targets.

• UAE Driving License is required.

• Willingness to travel for customer meetings and site visits.

Preferred Profile

Candidates with an established network across UAE Oil & Gas, Energy, Industrial and EPC sectors will be preferred.
