Confidential Search – MENA Region

Business Umbrella Group is conducting a confidential search on behalf of a client in the logistics and supply chain sector. A regional logistics business is hiring an HR Director to manage workforce operations, labour planning and people governance across a large delivery network.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead HR for frontline and management populations.

• Support high-volume hiring, retention and labour compliance.

• Improve people systems, reporting and workforce discipline.

• Act as a trusted advisor to the CEO and executive leadership team.

Requirements

• Senior HR background in logistics, transport, warehousing or aviation.

• Strong operational HR capability.

• Proven record of leading senior teams and influencing C-suite and board stakeholders.

• Degree in a relevant discipline; professional certification is an advantage.

• GCC / MENA experience strongly preferred.
