Business Umbrella Group is conducting a confidential search on behalf of a client in the banking and financial services sector. A financial institution is hiring an HR Director to lead manpower planning, leadership support and HR governance across a regulated operating model.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead HR operations and talent strategy across key business units.

• Improve workforce planning, employee experience and leadership support.

• Support regulatory alignment and organisation capability.

• Act as a trusted advisor to the CEO and executive leadership team.

Requirements

• Strong HR leadership within banking, insurance, fintech or asset management.

• GCC financial-services exposure preferred.

• Proven record of leading senior teams and influencing C-suite and board stakeholders.

• Degree in a relevant discipline; professional certification is an advantage.
