Confidential Search – MENA Region

Business Umbrella Group is conducting a confidential search on behalf of a client in the healthcare sector. A growing healthcare business is hiring a CFO/Finance Director to lead commercial finance, controls and strategic growth planning.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee budgets, service-line profitability, governance and reporting.

• Support expansion planning, capex decisions and operational performance review.

• Lead finance transformation and board-level reporting.

• Act as a trusted advisor to the CEO and executive leadership team.

Requirements

• Qualified accountant with strong healthcare finance exposure.

• Experience in multi-site or service-intensive environments preferred.

• Proven record of leading senior teams and influencing C-suite and board stakeholders.

• Degree in a relevant discipline; professional certification is an advantage.

• GCC / MENA experience strongly preferred.
