Confidential Search – MENA Region

Business Umbrella Group is conducting a confidential search on behalf of a client in the banking and financial services sector. A leading bank / fintech is seeking a Director of Talent Acquisition to lead specialist hiring across risk, compliance, digital banking, finance and technology.

Key Responsibilities

• Build talent-acquisition strategy for regulated and specialist hiring.

• Lead sourcing for digital, fintech, risk, audit, finance and operations roles.

• Manage agencies, direct sourcing and assessment quality.

• Act as a trusted advisor to the CEO and executive leadership team.

Requirements

• Strong financial-services TA leadership.

• Experience hiring in regulated, specialist talent markets.

• Proven record of leading senior teams and influencing C-suite and board stakeholders.

• Degree in a relevant discipline; professional certification is an advantage.

• GCC / MENA experience strongly preferred.
