Confidential Search – MENA Region

Business Umbrella Group is conducting a confidential search on behalf of a client in the hospitality and tourism sector. A hospitality employer is seeking a Director of Talent Acquisition to lead leadership hiring, pre-opening recruitment and frontline talent strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Build TA strategy across hotel, leisure and guest-service operations.

• Lead hiring for management, specialist and volume service roles.

• Manage recruitment partners and improve speed and quality of hire.

• Act as a trusted advisor to the CEO and executive leadership team.

Requirements

• TA leadership in hospitality, tourism or service-led multi-site businesses.

• Strong pre-opening or rapid-growth hiring exposure preferred.

• Proven record of leading senior teams and influencing C-suite and board stakeholders.

• Degree in a relevant discipline; professional certification is an advantage.

• GCC / MENA experience strongly preferred.
