Confidential Search – MENA Region

Business Umbrella Group is conducting a confidential search on behalf of a client in the construction and real estate sector. A major construction / real estate business is hiring a CFO/Finance Director to lead project finance, cash flow, governance and growth planning.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee financial strategy, project reporting, controls and forecasting.

• Partner with leadership on capital allocation, margin and commercial performance.

• Strengthen finance systems, audit readiness and stakeholder reporting.

• Act as a trusted advisor to the CEO and executive leadership team.

Requirements

• Qualified accountant with strong construction, contracting or property-finance background.

• Experience with project P&L, cash flow and cost control.

• Proven record of leading senior teams and influencing C-suite and board stakeholders.

• Degree in a relevant discipline; professional certification is an advantage.

• GCC / MENA experience strongly preferred.
